Postage & Packaging:
The delivery charges above includes handling, postage & packaging. We use Royal Mail to send your parcel.
Delivery & Stock:
Getting your order to you as soon as possible is our priority! We aim to send your order within 2 working days of receipt of payment. When a product is in stock this will be much easier! If you have a super quick deadline you need us to work to, then just email us, and we will hopefully be able to help you! Sometimes, we can't guarantee that every item is always in stock permanently, although we will do our best. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery date or the chance to cancel your order. We also take a bit of a break over the Christmas period, so please allow longer for delivery dates around the festive season!
All of our prices on our website are subject to change and we do retain the right to adjust these at any moment. We also retain the right to discontinue a product. All prices are shown are quoted in British Pound Sterling.

Exchange & Refunds:
Our products are designed & sourced with lots of love, so we do hope you like them! However, if for some reason you are not, you may send them back in the original packaging and condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Any returned items will be refunded straight away minus the cost of the initial postage fee. Any faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement is provided. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used goods. If a product has been made to order, we are unable to refund or exchange this, due to the custom nature of the item. If you do send items back, then please use a secure postage method, so that you are able to track where the package is. The item is your responsibility until we receive it. A proof of posting will assist you in tracking this.
